• Indoor Simulator Sessions

You may book a one-hour session on our simulators. By booking, you acknowledge that all use of the simulator is at your own risk. Maxwell Sim Racing is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of the simulator.

• Professional Go-Karting

Participation in go-karting is allowed only after passing a simulator test in our showroom. Karts can reach speeds of up to 120 km/h, and all participants must meet safety and experience criteria. If you fail the test, you must purchase a 10-session training package before being eligible for go-karting.

Maxwell Sim Racing is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during go-karting or any other services.

• Simulator Rentals for Off-Site Events

We provide simulator rentals for events, subject to availability and location. The terms of each rental are specified at the time of booking. Maxwell Sim Racing is not responsible for any damage or accidents during off-site rentals.

3. Liability Waiver

By using our services, you fully assume all risks associated with the use of our simulators, go-karts, and other activities. You agree that Maxwell Sim Racing, its employees, agents, or affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the use of our services.

You waive any claims for compensation or damages that may arise from your participation in any of our services. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own actions and safety at all times.
