How to Cancel

You can cancel your membership at any time.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (1, 3, or 6 months).
• You retain full access until that date.
• Payments already made are non-refundable.

A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you by Stripe.



What Happens After Cancellation?

• Your membership will not renew after the paid period ends
• Your payment method will not be charged again
• You may re-subscribe at any time through our website
• Your settings and account may be restored automatically

FAQ


Will I receive a refund if I cancel?
→ No. All membership plans are prepaid and non-refundable once billed.

Can I cancel in the middle of my billing period?
→ Yes. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid period.

Do 3-month and 6-month plans renew automatically?
→ Yes. They renew every 3 or 6 months unless canceled in advance.

What if my payment fails?
→ Stripe will retry up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, your membership may be paused or canceled.
