How to cancel

You can cancel anytime, including during your trial period.

  • If you cancel before your 7-day trial ends, you will not be charged.
  • If you cancel after your trial ends, your membership will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made after that.

What happens after cancellation?


  • You’ll receive a confirmation email from Stripe.
  • Your payment method will not be charged again.
  • You can re-subscribe at any time directly through our website — your account and preferences will still be saved.

FAQ

Will I be charged during the free trial?
→ No. The 7-day trial is completely free. Your payment method is only used to verify your account.

When will I be charged?
→ On the 8th day, your selected membership plan will start automatically unless you cancel before then.

Can I cancel before being charged?
→ Yes. You can cancel anytime during the trial in the Customer Portal to avoid any charges.

Will I get a refund once charged?
→ Membership fees are non-refundable once billed, but your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Can I change my plan instead of canceling?
→ Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime in the Customer Portal.

What if my payment fails?
  • → Stripe will automatically retry up to 3 times. If payment is unsuccessful, your membership will be paused or canceled.
