Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

  • During the 7-day free trial, no charges are made.
  • Once the trial ends and a paid subscription begins, all payments are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate charges or verified technical errors.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel anytime through the Customer Portal link provided in your confirmation email.
  • If you cancel before your 7-day trial ends, you will not be charged.
  • If you cancel after your trial converts to a paid plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Access remains active until that date, and no refunds are given for unused time.
  • A confirmation email from Stripe will be sent after cancellation.

3. Restarting Membership

You may re-subscribe at any time by signing up again on our website.
Your previous account and settings may be restored automatically.
