Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy
  • All membership payments (1-month, 3-month, 6-month; Starter, PRO, ELITE) are final and non-refundable.
  • This includes prepaid multi-month plans, which are billed upfront and are non-refundable once charged.
  • Refunds are issued only in the case of:
  • duplicate charges
  • verified technical processing errors
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

2. Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your membership at any time through the secure Customer Portal.
  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period (1, 3, or 6 months).
  • You retain full access until that date.
  • No refunds are provided for unused or remaining time in the billing cycle.
  • Your subscription will not renew after the current paid period ends.
  • Stripe will send a cancellation confirmation email.

3. Restarting Membership
You may re-subscribe at any time through our website.
Previous account data and preferences may be restored automatically.
