- This includes prepaid multi-month plans, which are billed upfront and are non-refundable once charged.
- Refunds are issued only in the case of:
- duplicate charges
- verified technical processing errors
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
2. Cancellation Policy- You may cancel your membership at any time through the secure Customer Portal.
- Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period (1, 3, or 6 months).
- You retain full access until that date.
- No refunds are provided for unused or remaining time in the billing cycle.
- Your subscription will not renew after the current paid period ends.
- Stripe will send a cancellation confirmation email.
3. Restarting MembershipYou may re-subscribe at any time through our website.
Previous account data and preferences may be restored automatically.
